About Amy
Amy Watters | Retreat Leader, Healer, Sacred Space Holder

Amy Watters leads with heart; that wisdom was earned through lived experience.
A mother of six, intuitive guide, yoga teacher, and seasoned entrepreneur, Amy brings together grounded presence and spiritual insight to support women on their healing journeys. Through her yoga classes at Moccasin Springs and transformational retreats with the IALA Collective, she creates sacred spaces for restoration, self-discovery, and awakening.
With a gift for holding space and tuning into what’s unseen, Amy blends breathwork, sound healing, and intentional practices that help women reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her work invites others to slow down, listen deeply, and return home to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, courage, or simply space to breathe, Amy’s mission is to walk alongside you as you reconnect to your center and begin to live from the heart.
